Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Piezo Controller 12V40SG, DMC-1425, XCD-SX910 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Warner-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wagner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Warrick-Controls product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Warner-Electric such as the SV342501010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 115S manufactured by Wagner and we are pleased to be able to service most Wagner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1F1A0 by Manufacturer Warrick-Controls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Watlow Brand PM6C1CHAAAABAA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Wallace such as U29331SO2 equipment made by Wallace have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wallace products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wallace" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RDP411100 made by Ward-Leonard as well as the popular 996D11CCCUGR998Series original spares produced by Watlow

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 20640051 by Warner and U29331SO2 spares by Wallace are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CBC802 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Warner-Electric.
